Your team know how to resolve conflict, they’ve established team rules and know exactly what tools and procedures they need to follow in order to complete their tasks. Your team trust each other and turn to each other for advice and assistance in reaching mutual goals.     Phase 3: Norming

    Similarities can be seen with other models, such as Tannenbaum and Schmidt Continuum and especially with Hersey and Blanchard’s Situational Leadership® model, developed about the same time.
