Mark Knowles, prosecuting, said: “In August 2018 she joined up with a few internet dating sites and began receiving communications from users traced back into this defendant and there have been messages that are abusive.

“Various men resulted in at her home wanting intercourse and she needed to place a sign up on the home saying it was a fake post on the internet site.

“Your honour can appreciate the distress caused to your household. The damage it is triggered is substantial.”
